    Director of User Acquisition


    • Systematically 10X our monthly user acquisition budget to tens of millions under management while maintaining CPA and ROAS efficiency. Was able to accomplish this by significantly growing Search, Paid Social and Programmatic efforts, and diversifying the number of individual channels at our disposal. As a result, my team grew the number of acquired users by 51% QoQ

    • Turned Google and Snapchat into our largest and most profitable user acquisition sources, increasing user growth by 168% and 125% YoY in each platform respectively, even earning a Snapchat Advertiser Award in the process

    • Managed several digital channels at an efficient CPA and ROAS including Google, Youtube, Paid Social, Programmatic Platforms, Ad Networks and Influencers

    • Spearheaded the company's re-marketing and re-engagement strategy, defining both targeting segments and KPIs, and growing the program to over $1M of monthly spend

    • Worked closely with Supply Acquisition and Operations by forecasting monthly user growth in each city to ensure a path to profitability in strategic markets

    Customer Acquisition Business Analyst


    • While managing a multimillion dollar budget to meet ROI goals using a LTV cohort model, efficiently grew our customer acquisition spend through native advertising to $500k/month managing platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Yahoo Gemini, and other display direct and programmatic buys

    • Managed the creation and testing of a new landing page with the goal of increasing email capture rates by using content as a customer acquisition strategy and a retargeting tool

    • Started our program with Twitter advertising and grew it to efficiently spend >$100k/month across website and app install customer acquisition objectives

    • Successfully researched offline advertising opportunities for the company such as print advertising, out of home and programmatic radio
